We do how ever power up our items before we take pictures, the cord seen in the picture is not included, it is just to show the item functions properly. We do stand behind what we sell. We would never intentionally sell our customers defective products unless it is stated in the auction that it is not working, for repair or parts only. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us right away (within 14 days of the return policy). If an item is listed as "AS-IS" then it is simply that, "AS-IS”. If auction says “not working/ for parts or repair" the item is NOT working properly, or not working at all. The items are described to the best of our knowledge. We receive our items from reliable sources. Many of our items are tested in the ware house. Shipping will be fulfilled the same day or the next business day. We do not ship out items on weekends. Any item that is going to a different country (international) will not be accepted for returns. If you wish to buy something to be shipped international please ask us how we can ship out to you. We usually give out dimensions and weight for a label of your own. If that is unavailable to you, we use our own label. P.O boxes may have extra shipping charges.
