This used 8-140-06 Die Bonder is being sold "As-Is." Unit has been tested and results are listed below. Evaluation: Equipment powers on when power switch is set to on. Head assembly rotates when Jog switch is set. The push button on the base of the platform returns head assembly to normal position. Heater system is operational. Internal equipment and wiring appears to be in good condition upon visual inspection when cover was removed. No microscope is included. There appears to be two places where one could be installed. Missing lamp bulb - Bausch & Lomb 31-31-77, GE1460 is burnt out. Missing an analog meter on the front of the control panel. Various parts appear to be missing. This unit requires a vamuum source and Nitrogen gas for proper operation. We are unable to test this unit further. If you require additional information on this unit, please contact us.
