Double Stack Universal Chef  Roast/Bake Oven Universal Chef Roast/Bake Oven's are great for chefs needing an extra oven with no fans blowing their souffle's around inside... Bake pastries, cakes, pies or use as a roasting oven for slabs of ribs, briskets, roasts and more....Ovens come with 1 rack per oven, additional racks available to order. This is set up for natural gas and can be converted to LP gas.  Can also be used as a warming oven or holding unit when all your baking and roasting is done... This oven measures 34" wide by 29" deep by 63" tall, on legs. You need 2" additional for the oven handles, 2" for the flue on top of unit, (at very back of unit and it's the size of a round grapefruit), and 2 1/2" on the back left bottom and middle left for the gas lines. While Universal Chef is no longer operational, these are commercial units, and parts are available.
