USED "UNIVERSAL" Steel Lard & Fruit Press and Sausage Stuffer in Original Wooden Box No. 88 8 Qrt. Made By: Landers, Frary and Clark New Britain, Conn. U.S.A. This unit was dis-assembled, cleaned and re-assembled with food grade vegetable oil applied to reduce possibility of rust. It was impossible for me to get all grime from gear crevasses; with that said gears move very easily up and down. I did not see any broken or missing pieces on the gears. Please see pictures for condition of this unit and it's pieces. Of special notation are: two(2) dents in the sausage tube, missing paint, small wooden box has missing pieces, large wooden box has missing pieces, marks and a broken lid. None of the defects mentioned should affect the proper function of this unit. The bowl is made of a single piece of sheet steel and is removable from the unit by swinging the top around. Also included are the perforated plate, small and large press plates, perforated cylinder, removable handle, sausage tube, nut and cap, handle & table screws, small wooden box with instructions, main unit and large wooden box for storage.
