You are buying a universal leveling plate for Ultrasonic Welding Machine. It levels the part on top of the base for higher accuracy when the horn is applied. The Leveling Plate fits most stand up ultrasonic welders including Branson, Hermann and Others. Replaces 100-079-260 and 932-063-358. Dimensions Overall 12.5" x 14" x 3/4" Thick Material: Precision Ground Flat Plate - Aluminum Tolerance: +/-.005 Tolerance per foot INCLUDES HARDWARE FOR INSTALLATION WARRANTY 6 MONTHS GUARANTEED TO FIT YOUR MACHINE (PROVIDE YOUR MACHINE MODEL NUMBER FOR DOUBLE CHECK) SIMPLE INSTALLATION Leveling Plate Instructions This leveling plate fits most ultrasonic welding bases. Set Up Option A Ball Bearing 1/2” Diameter Use this set up when there is NOT a center hole in the machines base. Place steel ball in center of machine plate or in the center of the leveling plate (one provided). Place the leveling plate on the machine plate. U mark is top side. The leveling plate edges should be able to pivot atop the base. Set Up Option B Round Machine Screw 3/8”-16 NPT x 1/4” Long Use this set up when there is a center hole in the machines base. Screw in the machine screw into the center hole (one provided). Place the leveling plate on the machine plate. U mark is top side. The leveling plate edges should be able to pivot atop the base. Place four (4) Socket Head Cap Screws 1/4”-20 (SHCS) on the far end holes on the leveling plate (four provided). Use a level to align the leveling plate horizontally. Screw down the SHCS until it touches the machine base. See A. Place four (4) Socket Head Cap Screws 3/8”-16 (SHCS) on the far end holes on the leveling plate (four provided). Screw into the machine base (See B). If no holes exist on the machine base either add holes or use an existing hole closer to center. See C. Using the two different Socket Head Cap Screws to align the leveling plate horizontally offsetting each by rotating one clockwise and one counter clockwise.
