From the Seller: For sale is a UNIVEX SFB528 Bench Model Reversible Dough Sheeter SERIAL NUMBER B000227. The unit is being sold as surplus equipment from a major Las Vegas Strip Casino and Hotel. The unit was removed from the resort during a remodel and delivered to us for liquidation. We do not have the equipment or expertise to test the function. Unit appears to be complete. There is slight discoloration on the top plastic. It is a yellowish color, see photos . 230 volts, 60Hz, 3 Phase. Questions welcome! The unit will be shipped freight. We will pallet, strap and wrap the shipment. Buyer must coordinate freight shipment. Calibrated and highly polished, the 20" chrome-plated cylinders deliver smooth sheets of dough that reel onto removable wooden rolling pins. Shielded cylinder bearings prevent contamination. With roller separation fully adjustable between 0" and 1 3/8", the SFB500 efficiently sheets almost any type of dough to the desired thickness. This generous range gives you the flexibility to produce a wide variety of products. Regardless of the direction, the leading conveyor moves slightly faster than the feed conveyor, gently stretching the sheet for wrinkle free results. Conveyor direction is reversed using convenient knobs that permit both left and right-handed operation. Safety features include electrical interlocks that prevent accidental operation. Roller scrapers are removed in seconds for daily cleaning. Tables fold upright for easy storage. MOTOR: 1 HP AMP DRAW: 4.8Low voltage electrical supply linked to safety guards.
