As much as we would like to, we are not setup to do warranty service anywhere else but Gainesville. Our machines are sold as-is in fully working condition at the point of shipping. The machine you order will be reinspected before it leaves our warehouse. We encourage customers to come by and inspect the machines themselves before purchase. We can turn the machines on and show you how to use, clean, and troubleshoot problems. If you are unable to physically inspect the machines yourself, I recommend that you hire a local Gainesville refrigeration company (cost $60-$120 for peace of mind) to come by and inspect the machines.
