It advertises the Smithville Recreation Association. It is placed on a wooden block that does have ink stains and it measures approximately 3.5" x 3.25". Please note this item has a white substance speckeled on the surface of the stamp. I have not tried cleaning it. Please, please, please email me with any questions.
