  *FULLY WARRANTIED BY SELLER - *peace of mind guaranteed with 30 days money back.     Measure 'waviness' of a flat surface, small depressions or protrusions in an otherwise flat surface (or the lack thereof - ie that an insert is 'flush'), etc. The dial indicator is a Federal A3Q - .0005" resolution, ~.040" travel - repeats nicely to within +/- .0005". Note  that the base has a ground 'V' surface, the 'contact lines' are separated by about 11/16".  Note the visibility that  you have in precisely locating a measurement point.  We think  it would be useful for some otherwise-difficult surfaces but also for measuring 'waviness'.  The two tips that are included allow measuring above and below either the 'flat' base or the 'bottom of the V'. The gage will also be useful for measurements on some curved surfaces, not described above to simplify the description.   Cosmetic condition: The pictures should show the external conditions, very good except that there are vibra-etched markings on the back of the base, call or email if there is any question.   Surplus to a local aerospace companies needs.   The packaging for safe delivery will be done properly, and normally we ship the same day that payment is received.    Is anything here confusing or incomplete ?  Email us through eBay - click ask seller a question above or  call Dave Odegard at 860-649-2557 or,  call to inspect at Manchester, CT.
