Save a bundle on this working Accurex centrifugal upblast exhaust fan!! New ones today retail $3500-$4000 for model CUBE 240. Probably the best quality commercial roof fan on the market. The Greenheck company makes continual improvements and environmentally friendly designs. This is Greenheck Model CUBE-200-15-1 S/N 11026142 sold by Accurex with belt drive motor (not a Vari-Green motor), 1.5 HP 208 Volts About 9 yrs. old. Original cost $1200 Light weight, easy to install: weighs only about 150 lb. 30" x 30" x 31" with 20.5" roof opening. The coating and metal are tailored for southern California/San Diego (Mediterranean) climate & weather. Spun aluminum, the upblast and protective one-piece welded windband directs grease away from the roof surface. Ideal for any small operation usage, such as a cafe hood (or a small business office ventilation) because it is light weight. Original owner purchased the fan new 8 years ago for $1200. It was installed in a small breakfast/lunch cafe and used 4 yr, then has been stored past the past 4 yr. Outside a little greasy, inside is surprisingly clean (see photo of motor & interior).
