2-Side Milled PCB Prototyping Service We are based in the USA (NYC) and offer a 24 hour turnaround time. To place an order, after purchasing, message me and you will be provided with an email address in which to send your CAD files. The following is required to complete a job: - A Gerber RS-274x export of the PCB (exportable from most PCB layout software) - Excellon / NC Drill file (exportable from most PCB layout software) A trace only screen shot of both sides of the PCB design as seen from your CAD package is recommended for quality assurance, though not required. If you which to have a "hand drawn" or non CAD (Paintbrush, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) layout done, please message me before purchase and I will do my best to accommodate you. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - IN ORDER TO KEEP COST AND TURNAROUND TIME LOW THE FOLLOWING LIMITATION WILL APPLY TO ALL JOBS ALL  PCBs will be done on 4" x 6"  FR-4  0.060" Thick, 1 oz. Double Sided Media The smallest path clearance or hole size allowed is 0.03125" (1/32") or 0.79375MM Please allow an 1/8" gutter for any board edge cutouts. Failure to adhere to these limitations may result is job delay or cancellation. If a change is required or an error found after submitting an order please contact me ASAP. Once the milling starts your purchase becomes final. If you have any question as to the limitations or the process in general, feel free to contact me before ordering. I typically will respond within the hour.
