USG 30PSI / 200kPa gauges, sold individually but I have 3.  These are all very clean and were used in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment.  They came from a lab and were used with CO2 as far as I know.  Valves turn very easily and are very good quality. I'm not a 100% sure about this, but Im pretty sure they are back pressure regulator which controls inlet pressure, compared to a non back press which controls outlet pressure.
