With the US Ophthalm Some of the remarkable features of the US Ophthalmic Lensmeter Internal Reading LM-240 includes an eyepiece system equipped with a spiral focusing unit with a range of focusing of В±5D to accommodate various eye-sights. Its lens pressing unit is designed to press lenses carefully without damaging the surface using three plastic feet with springs. The measuring bearing seat ensures accurate measurements, while the astigmatism axis measuring hand-wheel measures and fixes the angle of astigmatism axis of the cylindrical lens and base angle of the prism lens. The US Ophthalmic Lensmeter Internal Reading LM-240 also features a printing mechanism consisting of three identical point-making pens connected in line. Additionally, the prism compensator is useful when dealing with a prismatic lens from 5? prism diopter. It has two scale lines on the prism compensator, with the upper lines of the prism showing the angle (from 0 to 180 degrees), and the lower line shows the prism diopter. Its range is 15 ~0~ 15. The manual lensmeter LM-240 (internal reading) has impressive specifications that include ranges of diopter measurement of 0~В±25D, minimum 0.125D at 0~В±5D, 0.25D at В±5D~В±25D, cylindrical axis range of 0~180В° step 1В°, and prismatic power range. The eyepiece adjustment is В±5D, while the dimensions of the objective lens are ?-16mm/0.63 ~ ?80mm/3.15in, with an overall size of 226x150x390mm/8.9x5.9x15.3in. It has a weight of 4.2 Kg / 9.70 Lb Pattern A and 4.3 Kg / 9.46 Lb Pattern B (with prism compensation device). The lighting bulb is 220V/110V-15W.
