The USB I/O outputs 5VDC to the USB Interface Module that electronically steps it up to 12VDC that goes on to activate the12VDC drawer release system. The RJ interface cable is attached to the cash drawer. It is black, 2M/78" long & has a 6P6CRJ11(M) plug installed on the loose end that connects to the 6P6CRJ11(F) jack on the USB Module. The USB interface cable has USB(M)A connector plugs installed to both ends that connect to the USB(F)A jack on the POS terminal. PC, etc & the USB(F)A jack on the USB Module. Both interface cables are black & 2M/78" long. Drawer open/closed status micro sensor is installed & available for use. Cash drawer is made of black molded ABS & has 4-bill compartments & a removable black molded ABS coin till with 5-compartments. Drawer release system operates by 12VDC. Drawer security lock has 3-positions: open, closed, manual open.
