Up for purchase is a 2000 Used 1252 Mobile Office Trailer. It is a wood-sided trailer (12' x 48' box); Serial #300100. Building Specifications (Please see attached layout): Three (3) private offices Please note that this building is being sold As-Is. We can provide repair services (can include: carpet replacement, interior vinyl covered gyp replacement and exterior siding replacement.) If we provide total repairs, building can purchased for $21,750. Great for use as an on site temporary or permanent office, construction site, small guard shack, truck scale booth, hunters cabin, ticket booth, road side shop, car dealer office, sales office, and many more uses. We can deliver and setup for an additional cost locally within a 100 mile radius of unit location, or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale, and a Certificate of Origin is available. Sales tax responsibility of purchaser based on delivery or pickup address. If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit is sold AS-IS with no warranty. Unit must be picked up on weekdays before 2 pm to allow for hookup and paperwork. Current location is St. Louis, MO. It is recommended that an on-site walk-through be completed prior to purchase.
