Building Specifications: Ten exam rooms Four private offices Reception area with medical records room Lab area and nurse’s station Three patient restrooms Employee break room with closet and private rest room Storage and copy rooms Janitor’s closet Hardi-Panel Stucco Exterior Vinyl covered gyp interior walls EPMD rubber roof Electric HVAC System We can deliver and setup for an additional cost locally within a 100 mile radius of unit location, or we can help you find and arrange a long haul freight vendor to bring the unit to your location across the country. Unit comes with a Bill of Sale, and a Certificate of Origin is available. Sales tax responsibility of purchaser based on delivery or pickup address. If you pick the unit up, you will be responsible to provide lights and safety chains. Unit is sold AS-IS with no warranty.
