Used- Arpac Brandpac Model BP-MP-60 Multi Pack Bundler for Print Registered Film Click To Enlarge Used- Arpac Brandpac Model BP-MP-60 Multi Pack Bundler for Print Registered Film. Dual lane machine with single roll technology, Integrated infeed, film wrap and tunnel. Now set-up as dual lane, bundling two packs of two peanut butter jars each. Current size range accepts approx maximum jar dimension of 3-7/8" dia x 7-1/2" ht, producing (2) 7-3/4" x 3-7/8" packs per cycle. The system unwinds a large roll of film and slits it down the middle to create two separate film feeds. Jars are separated into four lanes, then metered and released to be over-wrapped (2 x 2) (4) per cycle, creating two bundle packs at a time. The jars are bundle wrapped front to back, only leaving a small portion of the jars exposed on the two sides. It is then sent through a heat tunnel to shrink the film. After being wrapped the bundles are rotated and divided into four lanes.
