The line comes with an A & A Associates quench tank and cooling tank, both made of 304 stainless steel. For sale is a 14" wide Cast Film Line, which includes an Egan 2-1/2" single screw extruder with a 32 to 1 L/D ratio and a 5 zone electrically heated, water cooled, non-vented barrel. The closed loop system comes with a tank, pump, and heat exchanger. Contact Andy Cohen at Aaron Equipment Company for more details. There are two sets of pull rolls and a control panel with Digitrac panels. This extruder is driven by a 60 hp, 500 volt, 1750/2100 rpm DC motor through a gearbox with a ratio of 11.06 to 1. The Independent Machine Company take up/slitter/winder comes with four manually adjustable slitter blades, a static eliminator, rubber/metal pull rolls, and a tension bar. There are three transformers, 15, 45, and 75 kva included in the sale as well. Please note that all items are sold FOB from Bensenville, Il. The line also includes a manual screen changer and control panel with West 2070 controllers and a Reliance VS Maxpax III drive.
