Used- Clear Automation Model M-017 Automatic Lipstick Filling Line. This line ty Click To Enlarge Used- Clear Automation Model M-017 Automatic Lipstick Filling Line. This line typically ran at 32 lipsticks per minute (approximately 2000 pieces an hour). Currently set up to fill lipstick cartridges 1" deep and 5/8" wide. The line occupies floor space in a "U" configuration of 19' wide x 35' long. The process is as follows: 10 cavity lipstick molds are manually loaded to index station. Molds enter the mold insertion mono-block which uses an Adept robot to assemble lipstick container, inserts bullets removed from the molds (empty molds return for re-use), the assembled lipsticks are discharged from mono-block in pucks. From there, lipsticks enter 5 head flaming station, manual inspection, lipsticks enter auto unwind station. Pucked Lipsticks enter the automatic capping, labeling, and traying station. Caps are automatically picked from trays and inserted on lipstick. When a mold is fully capped, it travels to the Labelaire 2114 bottom labeler and coder, then it is robotically returned to the tray (100 count) until the tray is full and discharged; empty pucks are recirculated for reuse. 3/60/480V.
