This elevator was used for 4 years in a temporary school building and is now ready for a new home.  Because it was pre-installed in a self-supporting hoistway, that makes it easy to install in a new location.  It includes a modular machine room as well, with the tank and controller pre-installed.  The photos are of its initial installation. Specs are: 2-stop inline 12'-2 3/4" of travel 2500 lb cab 1-hour fire-rated hoistway High pressure laminate cab walls White enamel doors and entrances Compliant with 2004 A17.1 elevator code. If you're an elevator contractor, call us and we'll geek-talk more on the specs and manufacturers.  It's all industry-standard, non-proprietary components. Listed price is for the elevator as-is.  We can make modifications if needed to change the travel distance or update the equipment to a later code if required for your jurisdiction.  Price for that depends on the work required, and we'll be happy to provide a quote. Price does not include freight or installation at the final destination.  It will require an elevator contractor to hook up, test, and adjust so it will pass inspection.
