DOYON OVEN & PROOFER & HOOD Model #JA-20 Jet Air Oven USED JET AIR OVEN (JA20) The JA Series from DOYON is known worldwide for its unique and patented JET AIR SYSTEM. In which the air moves in one direction for 2.5 minutes, stops for 20 seconds than moves the other way for 2.5 minutes resulting in a gentle velocity air flow for exceptional baking results. DOYON ovens will bake better and your employees will continue preparations without worrying about turning pans. SPECS: 120/208 -Volts, 3-Phase, 75-Amps, 27-KW, 60-Hertz, (Year 2008 - 12) Doyon Proofer Used Model #E236 Doyon's Roll-In Proofer provides uniform proofing from top to bottom with its even flow air system, fully automatic humidity injection (no water pans to fill). Holds from 90/degree F to 110/degree F Features heat and humidity controls. SPECS: 120/208-Volts, 1-Phase, 35-Amps, 7.2-KW (Year 2007-09) NSF Approved & ETL payments/returns ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO RETURNS, refunds or cancellations. We accept Most Credit Cards. All payments must be made in full within 7 DAYS of auction closing. After 7 DAYS we will assume the right to re-list the item. We will give fair notice. Sales Tax: Local pick-ups and shipments to addresses in Washington State will be charged a WA state tax.
