This Filter Press comes with a carbon steel frame and is equipped with 42 polypropylene plates, each measuring approximately 43" x 43". The filter has a cake capacity of approximately 40 cubic feet and a filtration area of 450 square feet. The plates are mounted on an overhead rail with a plate shifter, corner feed, and corner discharge. The press has a single ram hydraulic closure powered by a 15 hp power pack, and also includes a bottom discharge trough.
