(1) Hellmich Reactor, 112 Gallon (424 Liter), 316 Stainless Steel, Vertical. Approximate 32-1/2" diameter x 31" straight side. Flat clamp on top, dished bottom. Internal rated -1/3.5 bar (50 psi) at 150 degrees C (302 F), 304 stainless steel jacket rated 8 bar (116 psi). Anchor agitator with bottom and side wall scrape driven by a 3kw, 3/50/220/380 volt, 1400 rpm gear motor, (1) Approximate 10" diameter saw tooth blade disperser driven by an a 15kw, 3/50/380/660 volt, 1450 rpm motor. Hydraulic top lift, (3) spray balls. Openings top: 7" tri-clamp, 6" sight glass, (2) 5" for agitators, (1) 5" with cover, (2) 2", (1) 1-1/2", (3) 1" for spray balls, side: 1-1/8" tri-clamp.
