USED KAVO EWL SYSTEM 740 HF HIGH SPEED GRINDER W/4415 CONTROLLER & 4620 FT CONTROL - IN GOOD CONDITION click picture to enlarge click picture to enlarge This is a used Kavo EWL high speed grinder system, including the 740 HF High Speed Grinder, the 4415 Controller for it, and the 4620 foot control for the system. Everything is working well on this system, fully checked out in our lab. The spindle was fully cleaned in our lab. It does stop fairly rapidly rather than a long coast-down time after running. We have not refurbished this unit. The grinder is part number 674-330, serial number 210693, rated 120 volts AC single phase, 50/60 hertz, 6 amps, with the spindle EWL 4-50 rated an adjustable range 5,000 to 50,000 rpm. The spindle has an adjustment arm adjustable horizontally up to 20 mm and vertically up to 50 mm. The grinder has a thick glass work area shield 3/16 inch thick. The work area is lighted by a 9 inches long standard round fluorescent tube that mounts under a hooded area. Overall the grinder is 15-1/2 tall including handle by 16-1/2 inches wide by 13 inches deep including cord ends, net weight 24.4 pounds. The grinder comes with a 90 inches long AC power cord that is removable from the unit; the cord has the standard USA 3-prong plug end. The Kavo EWL 4620 foot control is part number 6170420, serial number 254953, 7-3/4 inches long by 4 inches wide by 2-3/8 inches maximum height. The foot control has a 5 foot long cord that pin-connects to the controller. The Kavo EWL 4415 controller is part number 641-2560, serial number blank, rated 3 amps, 110 volts AC single phases input, 50/60 hertz with output to the grinder rtaed 83-833 hertz, 180 volt amps, 2.5 - 22 volts 3-phase. The controller has its own 90 inches long removable AC power cord with standard USA 3-prong plug end. The controller is 14-1/4 inches long by 14 inches deep by 5 inches tall, and its net weight is 22 pounds. The controller-to-grinder cord is pin-connected on both ends, and it is 54 inches long. On the back of the grinder is a 1-5/8 inches OD metal tube exhaust discharge for your hookup of a hose for your own dust collector. Only manual available is a copy of the EWL 740 one which is provided. No original boxes or other manuals for this item are available. Total shipping weight is 55 pounds.
