You are bidding on two sign panels.  Roughly 1x1' (12x12").  Roughly.  More are pictured and that is because there are different types.  You are bidding on TWO PANELS - Randomly selected (though I will get two of the same if it is possible if you request that). I touched a bunch of the LEDS with 3v and they work.  NO guarantee on the steering chips and as you can see the connectors are munged in places.  BIDDING IS FOR 2 BOARDS as is (or as are :)! Thank you for looking and hope they find a fan.
