For Sale by ZAR Corp: Lasermax Roll Systems RSI 503410 Merge Module Serial# 20661  The TwoUp System is a state-of the-art cut sheet paper processing system designed as an integral part of a modern printing installation. It consists of a paper Cutter/Slitter, a cut-sheet paper management subsystem (the Merge Module), and a large capacity paper-stacking unit (the Stacker). The TwoUp System is capable of processing single, dual, and dual/merged stream printing applications. A Single Board System Controller (SBSC) containing a microprocessor provides control and monitoring of all processing operations including input from the printer. Messages generated by faults and other conditions are available at the Display Panel, which is mounted on the Operator Control Panel. An electrical panel located in the Merge module contains all power supplies, motor controllers and the SBSC. Merge Module Assembly: The Merge Module section of the system operates in one of three processing modes as selected by the operator on the control panel: single stream, dual stream, and merge stream. In the single stream or dual stream modes, single or side-by-side cut sheets are delivered into the device where the streams are separated by a gap, offset, and sent to the Stacker module. In merge stream mode, side-by-side streams of cut sheets are delivered into the device from the Cutter/Slitter where one stream is merged on top of the other stream and supplied to the Stacker. All three modes use the same principal to transport and align the cut sheets: angled vacuum-assisted transport belts transport a cut sheet to and along a registration rail. The belts are set at an angle relative to the paper’s input and output direction in order to give the sheet both forward (machine direction) and lateral registration motion.   Buyer Responsible for Shipping Costs
