Machine is capable of speeds up to 120 cartons per minute. Has adjustable bucket infeed and a carton size range: (Length) 25mm - 100mm; (Width) 15mm - 70mm; (Depth) 70mm - 200mm. Unit has prefolded leaflet feeder, embosse date coder, automatic product loader. The product loader is a puck transfer system for cosmetic bottles, tottles, lotions and fragrance style containers. Pucks enter infeed wheel with product in vertical position, puck rotates horizontally and product is ejected into an adjustable bucket infeed conveyor.
