This device was last used in a pharmaceutical blow fill seal operation and has a cartoner serial number of #6367. It requires 40 amps and runs on 3/60/480V. The MGS Model HIS-600 is set up for top tuck bottom glue style cartons and has a fixed pocket infeed conveyor. It includes dual MGS VCS blister or pouch feeders with count reject station and separate Allen Bradley Micrologix 100 PLC controls. The cartoner also has a prefolded leaflet insert with a bar code reader and Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC controls. This is a listing for the MGS Model HIS-600 Automatic Horizontal Blister Pack or Pouch Cartoner. This high-speed machine has an intermittent motion capability and can produce up to 60 cartons per minute. The maximum carton size range for this device is 5-1/4" long x 4" wide x 7" deep.
