Approximate 1,300 pound (560KG) dough weight batch size. Stainless steel gas cooled jacketed bowl approximate 44" front to back x 46" left to right x 48" deep. Type YY3 Agitator with 5" diameter shaft. Driven by a 37kW (50hp), 3/60/460 volt, 600/1200 rpm motor, approximate 72/36 agitator rpm. Hydraulic tilting bowl. Fixed top dust cover with (1) 12", (1) 4", (1) 2-1/2", (2) 1-1/2" diameter openings. All bearings and seals replaced 03-2009. Hydraulic system modified, spare motor, belts, connecting links, bowl tilting cylinder. Includes Control panel which is attached to the side of the machine.
