Its compact size makes it easy to fit the grill anywhere in the kitchen. This commercial piece of equipment is available in panini or smooth surfaces to match user's demand. Its dual-sided 7-1/2" plates allow users to grill different dishes at the same time. The upper grill is adjusted depending on the thickness of the food. The upper floating platens offer flexibility to prepare oddly-shaped items easily. The exterior of this split lid grill is made of 302 series stainless steel for lasting performance. Its 15"x15" plates have a polished aluminum construction for easy maintenance. The built-in heating elements built-in the plates ensure uniform heat distribution. ProLuxe SL1577 Grill has easy-to-use controls for effortless operation. The temperature control button allows the user to set the temperature up to 505°F to achieve perfect crispness. It has two (2) digital time displays for the two (2) grill plates. The four (4) different timer settings for user's convenience. The grill includes a clean button that starts the cleansing cycle at 275°.
