Driven by an approximate 138hp, 3/60/460 volt, 1200 rpm AC motor. Top mounted ingredients hopper with valve, 20" x 13" bottom outlet. Includes a hydraulic power pack, Dekker vacuum pump Model DV0150B-MA3, 150 CFM, driven by a 10hp, 3/60/230/460 volt 1750 rpm motor.
