Drum capacity 600 liter, batch size 200 to 420 liter, capacity up to 2700 liters per hour. Jacketed drum approximate 43" diameter x 25" deep, rated 2 bar at 134 degrees C. Hinged front jacketed door with a mixing baffle/scraper driven by a 15 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1750 rpm gear motor, ratio 65.51 to 1. (1) Trapezoidal kneading element driven by a 104 kw, 3/60/460 volt, 1180 rpm motor. Top mounted ingredient hopper with slide gate valve, bottom outlet with a slide gate valve. Includes a hydraulic power pack, control panel (2) feed hoppers. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with 40" tall legs.
