Pre-loaded cycles for various instruments allow for maximum program flexibility, and every parameter type can be customized and saved for convenience. The double safety locking device helps to prevent the door from opening while the chamber is under pressure, while the door design ensures steam does not come into contact with the control panel. The equipment also comes equipped with safety features such as automatic shut off and an audible/visual cycle interruption alert. The drain valve is conveniently located on the front of the unit, facilitating quick and easy drainage of the water reservoir, making it an ideal choice for dentists looking for an autoclave with 510k clearance for dental handpieces. The unit also features a replaceable Hepa filter which ensures that air contaminants are removed to an industry standard of 0.2 Вµm. The Tuttnauer EZ10 is a fully automatic autoclave with two trays, designed for high efficiency sterilization. A low water sensor ensures adequate water levels before beginning the sterilization process, while constant monitoring of temperature and pressure ensures that sterilization is always performed at a high level. A specialized air pump helps to circulate hot air in order to rapidly dry instruments following the sterilization cycle. The EZ10 also includes a power outage recovery system, international certifications, and an optional internal printer to document important information such as time, date, temperature, and pressure.
