The unit comes equipped with a 70-CFM 2.0-sones motor that is custom-designed for bath fans and permanently lubricated so that it will not get louder over time. Galvanized steel housing on the fan is reinforced to resist humid conditions and changing attic temperatures. This bath fan is approved for use over tubs and showers when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit.
