There is a small dent on the bottom back...Some wear on sides small scratches, etc. Nothing major and It does not affect the machine at all....It came from a Dermatologist Office in Del Mar, California. Other than that, it works great!!! The bulbs are new. Comes with 8 bulbs and you can use it for your feet as well as your hands shown in the 2nd to the last pic. Comes with protective Eye goggles. The last picture I have shown is off the internet and is slightly different on the front diagram. Also, mine does not have a yellow shield it is clear..But basically the same. It plugs into a regular outlet. The unit itself is pretty heavy. I would not consider shipping it due to the shipping cost. The measurements are: 24X24 13" Tall I do not have a user manual for it, although by request I will print one out for you.
