A UVP, Inc UV Transilluminator Chromato-Vue Transilluminator with model number TM-15. As indicated by the provided photos, this item is in excellent condition and functions perfectly. This item shows little to no signs of cosmetic wear from previous use. Although it does appear to be missing a top cover of some kind based on the unused hinges located along the top edge of the item. Additional photos can be added to show the on state of the UV light if needed.
