For sale is a custom built vacuum forming machine.  It works very well and is made with nothing but the best materials.  It features a Hitachi Direct Drive 240v Vacuum Pump ($2,500) linked to 3, 11 gallon tanks.  It pulls vacuum fast and has a ball and check valve.  The forming surface is 21x45 and can be easily removed to hold smaller surfaces which you would have to make.  The heating system is 240v and 2 stages.  An inner section and outter so if you wanted to use a smaller 2x2 forming surface you only need the inner heaters to work.  Its able to draw 12+ inches and use to up 1/4 inch plastic.  The heater is mounted over head so all you need to do it load your plastic, use the handle up front to lift it and then lower back down and turn the valve.  Machine is wired to run off a 240v 50 amp plug. All breakers on the panel are labeled and so are the switches up front.If you have any questions feel free to contact me.  I have done a few test molds and it works perfectly.  A deposit of 200 dollars is required from paypal with the remainder due in cash at pickup.  I will help set up shipping if needed.  Machine is ready to work right now and start making you money!
