These machines are manufactured in Europe, and are supported by Pro-Pac Services, Inc.  There are 3 models available which come in various web widths and indexes along with a wide range of accessories, to satisfy all your packaging needs and fit into every budget. All of these models can be set-up to run flexible and semi-rigid films. These machines are supplied with an internal pump, corrosion resistant transport chains, Allen/Bradley controls with color touch screen, along with a 400mm film un-wind. There is also a 1000mm jumbo un-wind available. Pro-Pac Services, Inc can design and manufacture tooling of any style and configuration that is needed for your application from gas flushing, zipper application, cutting systems to name a few. All of our tooling and accessories that we make available are all manufactured in our Ringwood, NJ facility. These either meet or exceed the OEM’s specifications. This means that we are able to provide the highest quality products at an affordable price, with a faster turnaround time than most. We have six (6) CNC machines in production constantly, with an experienced service and assembly staff.   SCANDIVAC APM 5000 Fully automatic thermoforming vacuum packaging machine is made of stainless steel, according to high hygienic requirements, that ensures high purity and easy access to any required components or parts.  Machine is intended for packages, which are made of thermoforming and thermo sealing film rolls. Construction features: ·        Solid stainless steel frame, for safe transportation and for strengthening of systems and mechanisms; ·        Durable gripper chain guides casing; ·        Corrosion-resistant gripper chain; ·        All SCANDIVAC machines are equipped with servo drive system for gripper chain; ·        4 point independent lifting mechanisms with pneumatic drive and grease lubrication from a central location. Made from stainless steel and its moving elements are connected with bearings; ·        Freely variable distance between moulds, giving a possibility to use dies with different cut-off lengths; ·        Easy access to any system or mechanism, with easy open side guards.  Common technical parameters of the machine. Standard (skin) type sealing plate Automatic lubrication of the film transport chain Printed film registration device Control system: Electrical components from company “Schneider Electric”; Micro controller  «Allen-Bradley» (USA): -        Information input and control using interface operator MAGELIS with liquid crystal touch screen (TFT, Touch Screen); Operating language – English. -        Test possibilities: it is possible to control separate parts of the machine by entering password; -        Testing of the switching elements state: interface shows position of the dog (ON–OFF);  -        Work cycle review: during the working cycle the interface gives information about actuation of mechanisms and valves; -        Regulation of temperature through interface; -        Regulation of vacuum depth and gas amount through interface.  Safety system: -        Safety system with safety slides in loading area and around cutting tools. -        Partial protection for side frame claddings with magnetic switches, that forbids machine working without frame claddings. -        Removable safety guards for dies and cutting units (perforated stainless steal);  -        Magnetic switches stops the movement of the machine if the safety guards are lifted or moved; -        Photoelectric beam stops the movement of the machine if there is a foreign body (for example, arm) between top and bottom of the dies; -        Falling fingers which form an access curtain are free to pivot allowing packs to pass through.
