Description Description Valpro Commercial Refrigeration is a division of the well-respected Allied manufacturing company based out of Tampa FL and ReliaBuy is proud to offer their exciting line of Commercial Ice Maker machines in a variety of sizes. These air-cooled ice makers efficiently produce crystal clear gourmet full square ice cubes. They are both water and energy efficient and are self-monitoring, low maintenance, simple to operate and easy to clean. The quality of these ice machines is backed by their dual ETL Certifications (meets NSF-12 guidelines!) in addition to a 90 Day Parts and Labor warranty on the entire unit. All Valpro ice machines are manufactured under strict ISO9001 standards and are operated, extensively monitored, and undergo rigorous inspection prior to packaging and shipping. Both the exterior and framework construction are made from T-304 Stainless Steel (with leveling self-adjustable feet) while the easy-glide ABS door slides into the cabinet for unobstructed access to ice and ice making components. The robust self-contained compressor is air-cooled and takes in airflow from the front while breathing it back out the front and back. It produces consistently clear and uniform, full 7/8in x 7/8in square ice cubes using water-saving technology that provides a 99% water into ice ratio. It also has automatic overflow protection as well as an easy to operate control panel that self-monitors for any issues and uses a pump-valve assisted system to remove residual water after it's been sitting in standby mode for awhile or after an auto-clean cycle. This particular unit produces up to 280 lb of ice in 24 hours and has an integrated 80 lb capacity ice bin that has been foamed in place with high density CFC free polyurethane insulation. Cycle time is 10-25 minutes depending upon both inbound water and ambient outside temperatures. Each cycle produces 7 rows x 18 columns of ice and ice scoop is included.
