This is a Van der Stahl / Fuji Impulse Bag Sealer MS-350 NP Medical Pouch Sealing Machine Sold As Is What you will get: Van der Stahl / Fuji Impulse Bag Sealer MS-350 NP Medical Pouch Sealing Machine Sold As Is   Power Cord (Built In)  117 V Foot Switch (attached to the unit) Manual This is my item 626.  Retraction of the upper jaw requires some upward pressure.  I'm not sure why the jaw does not retract reliably.  Because this jaw does not retract reliably, this is sold as is.  It does seal bags so that part of it works.
