Polyurethane rubber form/knockout for a standard sized vanity sink drain when casting a concrete sink. The piece overall is 2" tall. The main hole that it casts is 1 1/2" in diameter. The hole for the flange is 2 1/2" in diameter and the little lip you see in the photo is 1/8" thick. Many sink forms come with a little bump-out where the drain goes so the thin lip allows you to keep the thickness fairly reasonable. You can cut a small disc out of Lexan to raise it up if you have a smooth-bottomed sink form. Use silicone to smooth out the transitions if desired. There is a 3/16" hole running through the piece to allow for attaching with a screw if necessary.
