We do not collect credit card or personal information. SHIPPING: We ship using FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS). We do allow customers to use their own FedEx or UPS account for overnight or special shipping situations. A packaging fee will be applied to your invoice if we ship on your account. It is your responsibility to provide a deliverable ship to address at the time of purchase. Most orders are shipped same day with the exception of freight. We ship orders without a signature required. If you require a signature for your delivery, you must request this prior to paying for your order. We do not allow self shipping and carrier pickup on non freight packages; we can ship items using your UPS account through our system. We only use UPS and USPS for overseas non-freight shipments. Overseas Freight: Some items may require a special certified crate be made prior to shipment. This cost will be added to any freight charges. We do not allow customers to arrange their own overseas shipping on freight items. *Overseas shipping is quoted as a door to door service.
