Varathane EZV rotary wood floor sander. This rotary sander is in great condition . It runs on a standard 110 volt outlet which makes it extremely convenient when compared to 220 volt models. Everything works like new, wheels, vacuum, motor, cord, velcro pads have been upgraded. Dust ring in excellent condition. As with every rotary sander this is a finishing tool meant to be used on floors that have been sanded to an 80 grit paper to remove belt machine marks such as streaks and chatter. A tool for a flooring pro looking to produce the flattest surface possible before the finishing buff or wetting down the floor.
