Sometimes the factories buy an item, test it out for an intended application, that does not work out as they planned and they shelf the item for potential future use. Many of my used items are like new because of this. We do not sell heavily used items, the scrap metal yard gets those. Shipping it not cheap, so we bundle quantities occasionally so we can realize a profit on the deal.
