About DIGITALLY PRINTED DECALS: This decal is printed on a true solvent printer (very outdoor durable). Printed on quality vinyl, NOT A LAMINATED PAPER, and will hold up very well indoors AND OUTDOORS. Decals have a clear gloss laminate on the face that helps protect the decal from the UV rays of the sun or from scratching. Some of the Digital decals come with an application tape on the face. Simply peel the back, rub or squeegee in place and then remove the tape from the surface. The decal is adhesive on back. Contact First if a problem.  About Customer Service and Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Damage, etc 1) HOW FAST? HOW FAST? do you ship, do you process my order? will I get it? is the shipping? Speed seems to be of grave concern to all ecommerce buyers. We do process orders within hours of receipt Monday thru Friday. Transactions that print after noon or late hours on Friday may be processed but may not move through the mail system until they re-open Monday morning.  Be aware we are not processing orders 24 hours a day and we NO LONGER WORK Saturdays and Sundays due to the Post Office Working Hours. We ship as fast as we can but when the Post Office is closed the mail does not move. 1a) Estimated ship time - PLEASE READ and BE AWARE Ebay does send an estimated ship time to buyers. This is NOT SENT BY THE SELLER and is just what it indictes - "AN ESTIMATE". It is not based on actual circumstances of each order. Your order is marked shipped a specific day and does not reflect time of day (or night), if it is a weekend, holiday or consider the weather conditions, or consider whether it was mailed from a remote or main branch. We have found this estimate is usually a day and sometimes two days earlier than the actual delivery time from our post office. BE AWARE OF THIS.   2)  Do you have or can I get a TRACKING NUMBER? Most decals/items are mailed in a standard envelopes and or rolled in small boxes. Most Ecommerce shoppers are looking for the "lowest price" and free shipping so we ship for free and mail everything standard first class mail, and we pay the standard charges.  If TRACKING is important to you we do offer an option for you to select the Priority Mail option which includes tracking. Most Customers are looking to buy items as inexpensive as possible and prefer not to pay for postage, tracking, or extra services. We do replace or refund ANY ITEMS reguardless of shipping option that may be lost or damaged in the mail, simply contact us and let us know. (Some larger Military kits are only shipped priority and include tracking) 2a) OVERSEAS SHIPPING - Important note please read When shipping items overseas, please be aware there is NO TRACKING AVAILABLE once it leaves the USA. If items are lost in shipment we do simply refund the item(s) and do not send replacements as the shipping costs can be substantial. Sending our inexpensive items multiple times to an address we cannot confirm is something we cannot do, and absorb multiple overseas shipping costs. 3)  Do you combine SHIPPING COSTS? We do combine shipping if the items fit it the same type package. We can only combine shipping by sending you an invoice with shipping charges combined. Please request a combined invoice BEFORE PAYMENT. If you pay first we cannot combine shipping and do not send cash refunds. If you make multiple payments and feel you overpaid shipping costs, simply contact us and let us know (we ship hundreds of orders weekely and may not see/catch overpayments or multiple seperate orders). 4) Can you SHIP IT FASTER? Can you drop ship the item? Can you custom package/put a note in the item? Orders print and we process and ship VERY QUICKLY, usually mailed within 24 hours of payment received. We do have an option for US Priority mail if you select that option. Orders are many times mailed withing minutes of printing. It can bee difficult to be sure we catch custom requests. Contact us prior to a purchase if you have a custom request. We do not mail decals/items "RUSH", Next Day Air or EXPRESS MAIL.  (Some decal kits ship in a priority tube and listing is clearly marked as such). We do not hold or delay shipping, when the order prints it ships right away. We do not promise or guarantee shipping DEADLINES. We do mail items with a basic packing slip with the item ecommerce ID number so the tranaction can be identified or traced. 5) Will you package it safe so it is not damaged? We package all items very well. Most decals mail in standard envelopes (so there is no tracking available) or very small boxes that will fit in postal boxes. We ship with card stock or in folded paper to help avoid bends/creases. We package all decals in plastic to protect from moisture and humidity. We tape over the mailing labels to avoid blurred labels if they get wet. We seal AND TAPE larger envelopes. We did mark envelopes with NO CREASE OR BEND but the post office no longer allows this without charges as a parcel/box. Any other suggestions for a better shipping experience, let us know. 6)  When did you send out MY ITEM? How can I tell when it shipped? We do mark each order we ship so you can check and see the date it was mailed to you. Simply go to your "Purchase History" link and hover over the shipment icon to the right on the purchase listing and it will open a balloon that shows shipping date. 7)  Do you accept returns? Can I get a refund? Do you replace lost or damaged items?  We do accept returns, we do give refunds and we do re-send, replace or refund damaged or lost items. Simply contact us with any problems but PLEASE be sure to contact with any claims WITHIN THE 45 DAY period that ebay allows. We do not honor claims of lost, damaged or return request after the 45 day period 8) What if my decal arrives damaged? or I am not happy? what if the back does not peel off cleanly? We do have a 100% satisfaction gaurantee. If the item arrives damaged, creased, or any problem what-so-ever and you fell the item is not usable, simply contact us right away to send another/replacement or a refund for your tranaction. We do limit the amout of time our decals sit on the shelf (shelf life) and do discard and replace stock that has been around too long and replace with fresh stock. If you have a problem with any decal and feel it is "too old" simply let us know. About The Decals and Products - Choices, Application, Removal, etc. 9)  Is this listing a color choice? Can I get it in a COLOR OTHER THAN LISTED? THIS IS NOT A COLOR CHOICE ITEM - It is made in the color listed! (many buyers note on payment for a color choice). Our decals are in stock ready to ship. We do not make them "as we go" so we cannot change, customize, add text or change color. Some decals are offered in other colors so please purchase FROM THE CORRECT COLOR LISTING. 10) Can I get an Item custom or customized? do you do custom orders? Ebay is not a good environment to do any type of "custom work". Creating of layouts, sending of proofs, emailing back and forth to be sure we get all correct, creating a new listing for your custom item(s), creating custom orders quickly, all the extra work involved in "custom" and risking negative feedback over something custom that does not complete just as you expected is not something we do on ebay. Working with a local vendor is best. We do have some listings for some standard custom text to add to other decals purchased. 11)  What size is the item? Is the adhesive on the front or back? Is the item reflective? PLEASE READ and BE AWARE the SIZE, COLOR, specifics of ITEM and be aware (many buyers reply it was not the size/color "they expected"). BE AWARE decals are adhesive back unless specified otherwise. These vinyl decals are NOT reusable, and are for one time use only. Decals are NOT REFLECTIVE unless clearly specified otherwise, or in the item title. BE AWARE that most of our products are decals and mail in a standard envelope and will not come as a box or package (many Buyers reply they have not received "any package" yet). 12) What will the decal adhere to? Will it stick on anything? Vinyl decals will adhere very well to almost any smooth, hard, clean surface. It is best to clean the surface before applying a decal. We use rubbing alcohol prior to application (test the surface first to be sure the alcohol will not harm the finish. BE AWARE that decals will not adhere well to cloth, brick or pourous surfaces. Decals also do not adhere well to some plastics that fell as if they have an "oily" surface (as some plastics do) And BE AWARE that decals (or just about anything) WILL NOT adhere to dashbords or the padded vinyl surfaces of the upholstry in vehicles. 13) How do I remove a Vinyl Decal ? and will it hurt the surface?  All Vinyl Decals we sell can easily be removed with a little heat and something with a rather sharp plastic or teflon edge. (being very carful not to scratch the painted or surface finish). A heat gun or even a hair dryer is very helpful. The heat will soften the adhesive and carefuly lifting a corner with a plastic scraper will allow you to to grap the edge and carefully peel the vinyl from the surface. The longer a decal is applied the more difficult it may be to peel. Some decals will easily remove in one piece and some will "break off" in smaller pieces when being removed. Some removals will leave a glue residue which can easily be removed with "Goo-Gone" or any remover found at your local Home Depot or Harware Store. Vinyl decals will not harm the surface and actually "preserve" the surface under it as it may appear more glossy than the rest of the vehicles surface. A good waxing with a cleaner wax or a slight buffing will help in this instance. Always take care in not scratching the surface and try all chemicals in an inconspiuous area first to be sure it does not affect the surfacebefore proceeding. About Business Issues - Pricing, Discounts, Tax, Artwork, Designs, Etc 14) Can I get a discount? what if I buy two, will you discount? We try and offer our decals at the lowest cost to start with. Further discounting of inexpensive items to lower levels on ebay is difficult to do and still cover the insertion fee, final value fee, paypal fee and shipping fees and still maintain any type of profit to cover manufacturing and product cost. All of our decals also include a 100% satisfaction gaurantee for the life of the decal (6 years). If for any reason you are unhappy with the decal, shipping, packaging, quality, installation, or any reason what-so-ever, we refund or replace the decal, no questions. Keep this in mind when reflecting on the price of the decal. Some of the windshield, larger kits/decals, and reflective decals are priced at a discount price to start, and are at very low prices. We are able to maintain these low prices by manufacturing in bulk and selling each sale at the quantity price. Discounting by removing the shipping charges is impossible when we ship free - we pay the shipping charges already. 15)  Do you offer local pickup?  We do not have a retail location, and process many orders late at night which does not work for any type of local pickups. 16) Do I have to pay sales tax?  We do charge sales tax for sales within Ohio as we do run a legitimate business and pay our tax requirements. 17) Are your designs your own?  Can I get a copy of the art to use for our logo or other purpose? Many of these decals are our own designs or sillhouettes, and not mass produced decals or clipart that many other seller have. Please do not steal  our "exact" designs (make your own version) and be sure to let us know or report to ebay if you see our exact designs sold by another/unauthorized seller. We do not supply any artfiles for any reason. 17a) Is your artwork CORRECT? why is my opinion different? Please note that many of our designs are created when we get a request form a buyer that wants us to offer something. It may be a good idea and something we feel will sell well to others so we add it to or products. It may or may not be correct. If you see something that is incorrect, a wrong insignia, abreviation, or other variable that may not be just right simply let us know. No need to abuse us over a mistake we are unaware of.
