It has the NEW RADIO using the 3G network. VERY IMPORTANT since the prev models use the 2G network which is being phased out ! That includes all Nurit (8000/8020), Vx610, Vx670,. Only the following Processors support this model: First Data (OMAHA and Nashville platforms only), Paymentech, Global payments, TSYS, Vantiv (Fifth Third bank), APRIVA (the best ! - try to get YOUR processor to use them for activation). NOTE: This terminal must be downloaded with your Merchant program thru a standard dial telephone line or a PC/USB port. Your CC processor should do it for you at THEIR PLACE, or you may buy an optional accessory listed below and do the download yourself. BEWARE: If you are considering buying a USED Vx680 on Ebay or from a friend, that this model gets automatically LOCKED to the last processor it was programmed by.
