This Slip Seal Dunnage Dispenser has a 5" valve for faster material flow.This very versatile heavy duty packing "Peanut" dispenser easily handles any brand of polystyrene loose fill, plus many other materials. Normally, a bag filled with packing/shipping materials is attached to the open end of the chute, and then the bottom of the chute is hung upside down from a sturdy ceiling hook using rope or chain (bag, rope, chain, hook not included). Then, whenever you need to add shipping peanuts or other materials to a shipping box or bag, you simply place the open box/bag under the mouth of this great dispenser tool, squeeze the handles to the opening size you need to easily and efficiently dispense the amount of materials you need. Skin contact with and air dispersal of the dispensed materials are minimal, which many consider styrofoam materials to be chemically unsafe. And no longer do you have to frustratingly contend with packing peanuts sticking to your hands or clothes because of their static electricity or falling onto the floor. This Item does not come with its original canvas bag, which is far too heavy and bulky for most practical uses (made of heavy duck canvas material).
