New old stock -I bought a bunch of these at Auction they were in a box with 2 flush mount metere that were made by Ideal  so I thought it was a safe bet that they made these also.  I had a friend of mine who is very knowledgeable about these and here is what he said: The meter arrived. I have already tested it. It is an extremely accurate one hundred microampere (100 uA full-scale) vertical jeweled d'Arsonval-movement panel meter. These are FAR better and much more accurate than the flat flush-mount panel meters, Also, the scale is replaceable, which means that someone could make or buy a replacement meter scale (legend) for whatever purpose they wanted to use the meters. The jeweled movement is VERY smooth, dampens quickly (which means that abrupt changes in current don't produce wild swaying), and these meters can be used in a wide variety of applications. I have several of these available
