It is the most remarkable tool we have come across for this purpose. The Vertical Machine Vise is an exceptional attachment for milling shaft ends on rods. For longer jobs, it can be easily strapped to the machine table or clamped in the vise for shorter tasks. This valuable tool makes it possible to perform end work on a shaft that may have been challenging otherwise. Its main component is a 2 1/2 X 4 X 11-inch metal rectangle. This fixture can be securely held in a milling vise or strapped to the milling machine table with straps provided by the customer. The two clamps that are included can hold the workpiece firmly in place.
