TESTED AND OPERATIONAL. THE HEART OF THIS POWERFUL ASSEMBLY IS THE SANYO DENKI SUPER R 80VDC, 4.8A SERVO MOTOR TYPE R730B-012E. RATED AT 300W. MOTOR RPM: 2,500. REQUIRES A CAPABLE DC SUPPLY WITH OUTPUT OF 80VDC, 5A OR A LITTLE LESS. EQUIPPED WITH AN OPTICAL SHAFT ENCODER WITH 200 PR INCREMENTS. ENCODER TYPE E680200C30. NO SPECS. WERE AVAILABLE BUT THE MOTOR IS ESTIMATED AT A LITTLE UNDER 1/2 HP. WE HAVE NOT YET WORKED OUT THE OUTPUT RPM BUT IT'S ESTIMATED BETWEEN 400 - 500 RPM. THE LEAD SCREW MEASURES 25MM DIAMETER, OR 1 INCH DIAM. WITH 5 THREADS PER INCH. NO HD PIVOT MOUNTS CAME WITH THIS ONE, AND THE OPERATOR WILL NEED TO PROVIDE MEANS TO SECURE TO THE MOUNTING HOLES. ONE INCH DIAMETER COLD ROLLED STEEL HUBS WOULD MATE TO THE PIVOT SOCKETS ON THE HOUSING. LEAD SCREW EFFECTIVE TRAVEL IS APPROX. 12 INCHES. THIS IS A POWERFUL, DYNAMIC, MOTION CONTROL UNIT. ALL ITEMS PICTURED ARE INCLUDED. ARE ARE NO SPECS. / CONNECTION DIAGRAMS WERE AVAILABLE, AND THE OPERATOR SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THIS SYSTEM.
